The final inmate who had escaped from the Overton County Jail has been captured. He was the last of four who had escaped Wednesday night around 11:30 PM. Authorities said that the four were able to access a service door in the ceiling of their housing pod which led to the attic. They broke open a lock, tore air-conditioning ductwork loose and then exited onto the roof. Three of the four escapees were apprehended Thursday morning. The fourth, Jason Thomas Atnip, was caught around 5:30 PM.
