Unemployment rates continue to drop in figures released yesterday. The biggest drop in the listening area was Cumberland County, down .9 percent from 4.2 to 3.3. Roane County fell to 3.3%, Fentress to 3.5%, Pickett County’s unemployment rate fell to 2.6% and Loudon County’s dropped to 2.7 percent. Officials say the unemployment rate fell in all counties in the state.
