A Cumberland Countian turned himself in at the sheriff’s office Monday night stemming from a recent shooting on Glade Creek Road. The arrest report released today states 38-year-old Johnny Lee Johnson, Jr. faces aggravated assault as a result of the investigation. He was processed into the jail and bond was initially set at $10,000. The incident resulted in Johnson allegedly discharging a firearm at William Kirby Jr. The victim was wounded twice and survived the altercation.
