The UCHRA (Upper Cumberland Human Resource Agency) Public Transportation team will provide a free and safe ride home within Cookeville and up to five miles outside of the Cookeville city limits for those attending New Year’s Eve celebrations. From 9:00 p.m. December 31 until 2:30 a.m. January 1, New Year’s Eve revelers can call 833-UCTRIPS (833-828-7477) to arrange for a free, safe ride home. This service does not include other stops or transportation to other parties.
