The Tennessee Highway Patrol is investigating an accident late Friday Night that resulted in the death of a young Crossville man.
According to witness reports, a vehicle traveling at a high rate of speed exited Interstate 40, careened off the side of the exit, ran through a fence and into the parking lot of the Hampton Inn, striking a parked vehicle.
The identity of the man, believed to be in his early 20’s, will be released after notification of next of kin has been completed.
