PEDESTRIAN STRUCK AT CROSSVILLE LOWES

Crossville, TN-  A pedestrian walking out of the garden section of Crossville Lowes on Monday was struck by a vehicle.

The pedestrian, Thomas Deltorro, stated it was raining heavily and he did not see the truck. Once he began to cross the roadway, he was hit by the vehicle’s front bumper. Cumberland EMS arrived on the scene where Mr. Deltorro declined medical treatment.

The driver of the truck was 38-year-old Luis Perez who did not have a license or insurance on his vehicle. He was written two citations.
