The Anderson County Sheriff’s Office said a suspect wanted in the deadly shooting of 38-year-old Shysti Mayberry in Anderson County was captured yesterday.
The U.S. Marshals Service says Jason Dockery is in custody.
Union County Sheriff’s Office deputies arrested Dockery after someone spotted him walking on Maynardville Highway. Deputies arrested Dockery outside the Milan Missionary Baptist Church.
Dockery was also wanted for violation of probation in Sevier County, as well as felony evading, reckless endangerment, child abuse, neglect and endangerment, and multiple traffic violations in Claiborne County.
