Acting on the information of possible illegal narcotics activity on Park Place Avenue off of Myrtle Avenue, Cumberland County deputies encountered 48-year-old Christopher Roy Stalliongs outside his home.

The arrest report states officers smelled an odor of marijuana coming from inside the dwelling.

Stalliongs denied the officers’ request to come inside the home to look for illegal drugs.

Authorities obtained a search warrant to enter the residence.

The search reportedly revealed two large bags of a substance believed to be marijuana, digital scales, hypodermic syringes, and a large plastic bag containing meth. Deputies also allegedly found more bags of marijuana.

Officers reportedly found additional drugs and drug-related items in Stalliongs truck and in an office area of the home.

All total, deputies seized 23 pounds of marijuana and 3.7 grams of meth.

Stalliongs was charged with possession of meth to distribute, possession of a Schedule VI drug to distribute, and tampering with evidence.

He was taken to the Cumberland County jail and initially placed under bonds totaling $162,000.
