TENNESSEE VOLS FALL 12 SPOTS IN LATEST AP FOOTBALL POLL

The Tennessee Volunteers lost to Florida on Saturday 29-16. The Vols were ranked 11th coming into the game.

The new Associated Press poll was released yesterday.

The Vols fell 12 spots to 23rd.

The Georgia Bulldogs remain the number one team in the nation despite having to come from behind to beat unranked South Carolina.

Following behind Georgia to make the new top 10 are Michigan, Texas, Florida State, USC, Ohio State, Penn State, Washington, Notre Dame, and Oregon.

In the SEC, LSU is 12th, Alabama is 13th, Ole Miss is 15th, and Florida enters the poll at 25th.

The Vols play the UTSA Roadrunners at home this Saturday (Sept. 23). Kickoff is set for 4 p.m.
