Laura Frankie Smith, age 95, of Kingston, passed away Thursday, July 5, 2018. Survivors include sons: Tommy Joe Smith and Larry Smith (June); and nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends Sunday, July 8, 2018 from 1 to 2 p.m. at Evans Mortuary in Rockwood. Funeral services will follow. Interment and Burial will be in Roane Memorial Gardens.
