More than 700 electric customers of Volunteer Energy are without power at this hour because of an issue with a power line off Main Street in Pleasant Hill in Cumberland County. VEC crews are working on the problem and the estimated time of restoration is 11:30 a.m. Central time (10:30 a.m. Central, Sunday, July 8, 2018).
