A water-main break on the 400 block of East Race Street in Kingston this morning resulted in a few roads being flooded. The rupture caused water pressure to drop significantly to numerous homes. A cause of the break is not known at this time. Crews are responding to repair the damage. Motorists are asked to use caution in traveling between the 400 block of East Race Street to the Morrison Hill area in Kingston. (photo taken by Wes Barnes)
