STORMS WILL INCREASE
Storm chances begin to pick up over the next couple of days and with moderate instability in the atmosphere a few severe thunderstorms will be possible over Tennessee and Kentucky. Heavy downpours and strong Gusty wind would be the main threat. Afternoon high temperatures expected to be 80 to 85 with a big increase in the humidity. I expect the showers and storms to continue all the way through Saturday. Be listening for the next couple of days, I will be in the office monitoring radar and updating you each hour on any storms that we are seeing. The national high temperature Wednesday was 117 at Death Valley California and the low 23 at West Yellowstone Montana, can you believe that!
