A Cumberland County woman has been sentenced for theft of money that she was assigned to handle. According to court records, Jan Reed appeared in Criminal Court Wednesday on a charge of theft of more than $60,000 but less than $250,000. The incident occurred between April of 2008 and 2015. Reed was sentenced to nine years behind bars.
