MEDIC Regional Blood Center is holding their annual University of Tennessee vs Florida blood collection competition. LifeSouth Community Blood Center in Florida is representing the Gators. The contest runs now through September 20, 2019. Donors can go to the MEDIC office in Crossville at 79 South Main Street today through Friday from  8:30 a.m. to  5 p.m. central. In Roane County, donors can go tomorrow (Wednesday, Sept. 18, 2019) to a mobile MEDIC in the parking lot of Lowe’s in Harriman from 11 a.m. until 6 p.m. eastern. Donors will receive a movie ticket, a specialty t-shirt, and coupons for Blue Bell Ice Cream, Texas Roadhouse and Papa John’s Pizza.
