Carolyn “Sue” Shillings Sheldon Holinshed, age 75, of Cartersville, GA, formerly of Harriman, Tennessee, passed away Sunday, September 22, 2019. Survivors include sons: Jimmy Sheldon and David Shillings; daughter: Monica Pannell; grandchildren: Alisa Pyle (Jay), Scott Pannell (Kim), Jessie Estes (Jake), Joanna Sheldon, Judah Sheldon, Jay Sheldon, and Jentry Sheldon; 6 great-grandchildren; brother: Lewis “Bud” Shillings; and several nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends Thursday, September 26, 2019 from 11 a.m. until 1 p.m. at Evans Mortuary in Rockwood. Funeral services will follow. Committal services and interment will follow in the Roane Memorial Gardens in Rockwood.
