A Missouri Army veteran is missing and may be in East Tennessee. Officers say 26-year-old Caleb Rios was last seen earlier this month in the 1600 block of Rembrandt Drive in St. Charles County, Missouri. Police there issued an Endangered Missing Person Advisory because family members say Caleb has expressed suicidal thoughts and has a handgun. Caleb is driving a gray 2008 Saturn VUE with a Texas license plate: MCK-1368. Based on Caleb’s internet search history just before he disappeared, the search included the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. Caleb is a Caucasian male standing 6’3”, weighs 250 pounds and has brown hair and blue eyes. He has a sleeve tattoo on his right arm with his name woven throughout the design. If you have seen Caleb’s vehicle, you are asked to contact your local law enforcement agency.
