The Roane County Highway Department says Old Airport Road will be closed today (October 22, 2019) for road repairs from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. eastern time. It will be closed from the Rockwood City Limits to Lower Road. Motorists are asked to use an alternate route during this time.
