Judy Rector, age 76, of Sugar Land, Texas, formerly of Crossville, Tennessee, passed away March 3, 2020 in Texas. She is survived by her daughters: Kimberley Dee Russell (David Russell) & Connie Adeline May; grandchildren: Ralph Michael Rayburn III (Nicole Rayburn), Meagan May Whitley (Philip Colquit Whitley), Kaydee Malloy Cooley (Joshua Thomas Cooley), Mitchell Lee Smith; and great-grandchildren: Hydee Quinn Cooley, Ivy Adeline Whitley, Kooper Dee Cooper, and Holly May Whitley. Funeral services will be held today (March 5, 2020) at Memorial Oaks Funeral Home in Houston, Texas. In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations be made in Judy’s honor to your favorite charity.
