Loudon County authorities arrested a sex offender on charges. Officers say 40-year-old Scott Everett Taylor was charged with violation of probation and violation of sex offender registry. He was processed at the Loudon County jail and released after posting a $5,000 bond. Taylor was placed on the registry after his conviction for exploitation of a minor by electronic means.
