A hit and run vehicle incident in Loudon County landed a man in jail. Officers say a Dodge Dakota driven by Ethan Victor Rodgers of Lenoir City reportedly attempted to run a vehicle occupied by two individuals off the road and passed multiple vehicles on a double yellow line. Officers stopped Rodgers on Roberts Road. He was charged with reckless driving, leaving the scene of accident with property damage, and two counts of aggravated assault.
