The Sullivan County Sheriff’s Office said today they identified a person of interest in the death of Evelyn Boswell. The identity of that individual was not released to the public as the case remains under investigation. Authorities have not yet received the full autopsy results for Evelyn Boswell. Authorities added Evelyn’s mother, Megan Boswell, has not been interviewed by investigators since the remains of Evelyn were found. The case has moved slowly because investigators want to make sure everything is in place to bring charges against the person responsible for Evelyn’s death.
