Leonard A. Reed, age 87 of Grandview, passed away December 8, 2020. He was born December 29, 1932 in Grandview, the son of Walter and Grace Hinch Reed. He loved farming and was a member of the Baptist faith. He was a loving and kind father, grandfather and great grandfather. He is survived by his son: Eddie Reed (Scarlett) of Grandview; daughter: Lori Reed (David) of Grandview; grandchildren: Jamie Parks (John), Chris Reed, Michael Reed and Jacob Reed (Haley); great-grandchildren: Kaitlyn Parks, Brianna Parks, Benjamin Reed, Elizabeth Reed, Konner Reed, Eli Reed, Paisley Reed, Brandalyn Reed and Colton Reed; and great-great-grandchildren: Brae Parks and Jace Parks. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife: Ethel Mae Reed and Lonas Reed, Ben Reed, Rainey Reed, Gertie Reed Kincannon, Garland Reed, Jesse Violet Reed, Claudie Reed and William “Bill” Reed. Graveside services will be held Monday December 14, 2020 at 3 p.m. eastern at Stebbins Cemetery.
