Army Private Ashley M. Weaver has received a bachelor’s degree from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga and is commissioning into the Army. Weaver is the daughter of Lynn Taylor of Crossville and Joe Gifford II of Chickamauga, Georgia. She is a 2015 graduate of Soddy Daisy High School.
