A high speed pursuit just after midnight this morning involving multiple county law enforcement agencies ended with an arrest. The report states 37-year-old Ursula Young of Wartburg was allegedly involved in a hit and run in Anderson County. A chase started heading to Highway 62 and eventually into Morgan County. Young got onto Highway 27 heading south and assistance was requested from Roane and Cumberland County to bring her to a stop. It ended in the Bitter Creek area of Morgan County where Young was taken into custody. Deputies investigated damage to a number of residents yards and driveways damaged by Young. She faces several charges as a result.
