Funeral service for Tommy Neal, Sr., age 80, of Crossville, TN, will be held on Tuesday August 10, 2021, at 1:00 PM at Bilbrey Funeral Home. Visitation will be held prior to the service from 12:00 to 1:00 PM. Burial to follow at Crossville City Cemetery. Survivors: Sons – Tommy Neal (Rita) and Jerry Neal (Glenda Conner); Daughter – Terri Manning (David); and Sisters – Charlotte Gilreath, Eva Roberts, and Frances Miller; and 7 Grandchildren and 10 Great-Grandchildren.
