Funeral services for Chad Allen Garrett, age 50, of Crossville, will be held on Friday, March 4th at 1:00 PM at Hood Funeral Home. Visitation will be prior to services from 11:00 to 1:00 PM at Hood. Burial will follow in Green Acres Memory Gardens. Survivors include mother Vivian Garrett, brother Michael Garrett, and nephew Kameron Garrett.
