Mr. Phillips Passed Away On Thursday, March 31, 2022, At The Cookeville Regional Medical Center. Mr. Phillips Was Owner/Operator Of P&P Logging. He Was A Member Of Love Joy Missionary Baptist Church Where He Served As Deacon For Many Years. He Was Survived By, 2 Daughters And Sons-In-Law, Mary Ann And Joseph Winters Of Livingston, TN, Debra And Darrel Cantrell Of The Mineral Springs Community; 2 Sons And Daughters-In-Law, Stacy And Navona Phillips Of Hanging Limb, TN, Alex And Lynn Phillips Of Monterey, TN; 13 Grandchildren; 5 Great Grandchildren; 2 Sisters, Freeda And Freddie Miller Of The Vine Ridge Community, Pam Webb Of Livingston, TN.
