Penny Smith, age 62, was born on December 23, 1959, to the late John L. and Juanita Marie (Wilson) Davis in Crossville, TN, and passed away on October 14, 2022, in Crossville, TN.

She is survived by her companion Roy Blaylock; son Anthony (Rose) Davis; grandchildren Lily Grace Davis and Caroline Rose Davis; and sister Peggy Davis.

The graveside service will be held on Monday, October 17, 2022, at Music Cemetery. Visitation will be at 2 pm with the service to follow at 3 pm.
