ROANE COUNTY, TN:  As of 10:00 am Central, an overturned semi-trailer carrying crushed cars has closed down the I-40 Eastbound entrance ramp at MM 347 (Rockwood-Harriman).  There are reports of driver entrapment along with possible fuel leakage. The on-ramp has been closed at this time and emergency crews and first responders are on the scene.
