Funeral Services for Billie Ray Whitaker, age 79, of Crossville, TN, who passed away on April 30, 2023, will be held at Bilbrey Funeral Home on Wednesday, May 3, 2023, at 4:00 PM. Burial will follow at Haleys Grove Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 2:00 to 4:00 PM prior to the service. Survivors: Wife- Juanita Whitaker; Children- Angela Landrem, Ray Whitaker, April Ward (Aaron), and Megan Elmore (Kyle); and Grandchildren- Brook Ritzman, Ivy Ritzman, Kaitlyn Landrem, and Piper Elmore.
