ANNIE “INEZ” GADDIS, age 89 of Crossville, TN passed away June 18, 2023. She was born April 21, 1934 in Rising Fawn, GA the daughter of Leonard and Irene Guinn Smith. She was a caregiver and loving mother to nine children. She loved sewing especially quilting. Inez was of the baptist faith.

She is survived by her sons- Eddie Gaddis, James Gaddis (Brooke) and Eddie Gaddis all of Crossville, TN, daughters- Faye Gaddis Smith (Ken) of Knoxville, TN, Connie Gaddis (Mark) of Crossville, TN and Cindy Wilson (Dale) also of Crossville, TN, twenty three grandchildren, thirty three great grandchildren and four great great grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Charlie Gaddis, sons- Ronnie Harris, Harlon Gaddis and Tommy Gaddis, grandsons- Chuck Gaddis, Jared Harris and Jake McBroom and brothers- Charles Smith and Bobby Smith.

Funeral services will be held Wednesday June 21, 2023 at 1pm at Hood Funeral Home. The family will receive friends on Wednesday from 12pm-1pm one hour prior to the service at Hood Funeral Home. Burial will be in Green Acres Memory Gardens.
