A Memorial Service for Samuel Joseph Mantooth, age 40, of Crossville, TN, who passed away on June 27, 2023 at Cumberland Medical Center, will be held on Tuesday, July 4, 2023 at 1:00 PM at the Lake Tansi Community Church.

Samuel was born on December 23, 1982 in Brooksville, FL and worked as a Pharmacy Technician.

He is survived by his mother, Geraldine (Wilder) Mantooth, siblings, Jared Allen Mantooth, Tina Louise Bittner, and Richard Dale Mantooth.
