Funeral services for Ernest C. Horner, age 88, of Crossville, who passed away on November 29, 2023, will be held at Bilbrey Funeral Home on Thursday, December 7, 2023, at 1 p.m. The family will receive friends from 11 a.m. until 1 p.m. before the service.

Survivors include his sister: Gwendolyn Thompson-Lester (Wendell); and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
