Brenda Louise (Smith) Allred, age 67 of Jamestown, was welcomed to her heavenly home on Thursday, January 11, 2024.

Funeral services will be held on Sunday, January 21, 2024, at 11 a.m. at the Faith Baptist Tabernacle in Jamestown. Burial will follow in the Mt. Helen Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Sunday from 9 a.m. until the time of the service.

The family will receive friends on Saturday, January 20, 2024, from 1 until 5 p.m. at Faith Baptist Tabernacle in Jamestown. The family will take a dinner break from 5 until 6 p.m. Visitation with her family will continue from 6 p.m. to whenever (in true Brenda fashion).

Brenda is survived by her loving husband of 50 years: Baley Fred Allred III; sons: Baley Fred Allred IV, Jonathan Douglas Allred (Kendra); and Andrew Marcus Allred; daughter: Bethany LaShea Walker (Bryan); grandchildren: Bingham, Bayla, Bryson, and Boston Walker, Ayla, Jett, Ella and Evan Allred; brothers: Curtis Smith (Kathy), Daniel Smith (Lavonna), and Vernon Smith (Chandra); sisters: Vera Goad (Brady) and Sharon Ellis (Paul); mother-in-law: JoElla Allred; brother-in-law: Jonathan Allred (Karen); sisters-in-law: Paula Allred (John) and Judy Smith; dear friends: Loretta Smith and Nancy Cravens, and a tremendous host of nieces, nephews, family, and friends.

As a pastor’s wife for almost 40 years, her loving spirit for people has impacted people across our community, state, and around the globe through her gracious giving and unending hospitality.

She was preceded in death by her parents: Caldwell and Edith Mae (Hull) Smith; father-in-law: Dr. B.F. Allred; and brother: David Smith.
