Sam Gerald Burnett, III, age 59, was born on April 13, 1965 to Sam and Maudie (Braunm) Burnett in Crossville, TN. He passed away at his home on September 1, 2024. He worked at Crossville Ceramics for many years before he became a middle school teacher. Sam was a loving and devoted husband, father, and PawPaw.

He is survived by his wife of 35 years, Tammie Burnett; children Kaylyn Bosak (Jesse) and Elijah Burnett (Breanne); and granddaughters Sarah Kate and Olivia Jane Bosak.

He was preceded in death by his parents; grandson Jack Henry Bosak; sister Melissa Burnett Russ; and brother Tom Herring.

To honor Sam’s wishes, there will be no services held.
