Tammy Darlene Kirkland Gill, age 64, a resident of the Daysville Community of Rockwood (Cumberland County), Tennessee passed away Saturday, September 7, 2024, at the Roane Medical Center, Harriman, Tennessee. She was born May 6, 1960, in Rockwood, Tennessee. Tammy was a member of the Mt. Vernal Baptist Church in Rockwood and was a former member of the Meridian Baptist Church in Crossville, TN. As her health had recently kept her from it, she deeply missed going to church and looked forward to being able to return. She enjoyed traveling, especially to Sevierville and Gatlinburg, and going square dancing with her Mother when she was able. Most of all, Tammy loved God, her family, her friends, and her community and enjoyed taking care of them. She is dearly loved by her community and everyone that she knew. She was preceded in death by her Father, John David Kirkland; Father-in-law and Mother-in-law, Graham & Vernell Gill; Grandparents, George & Myrtle Hodge, Joseph Henry “Joe” Hinds, and Marion “Baldy” & Edith Kirkland.

Survivors include:

• Husband: Adrian Gill
• Children: Chris Ledbetter, Kimberly Ledbetter, Jeremy Ledbetter, Chloe Morris, Johnathan Kirkland
• Grandchildren: Chase, Ayannah, Chandler, Bryson, and Joey
• Great Grandchild: Jayce
• Mother: Peggy Kirkland
• Brothers: Gary Kirkland (Pamela), David Scott Kirkland

The family will receive friends on Wednesday, September 11, 2024, from 4:00 p.m. (E.D.T.) until 5:00 p.m. (E.D.T.) at the Evans Mortuary. Graveside services and interment will follow in the Daysville Cemetery in Rockwood (Cumberland County), Tennessee.
