The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation is asking for help to locate Samuel Finnie, 73, who is missing from Memphis. A Silver Alert was issued on behalf of the Memphis Police Department for Samuel last month, but attempts to locate him have been unsuccessful.

Samuel is 5’10” tall, 170 lbs., with gray hair and brown eyes. He was last seen on August 2nd in the area of Westmore Cove in Memphis. Samuel has a medical condition that may impair his ability to return safely without assistance.
