Funeral Services for Dennis Shea Sr., age 90, of the Dry Hollow Community of Rickman, Tennessee, will be conducted on Wednesday, October 9, 2024, at 1:00 PM from The Chapel of Goff Funeral Home. Bro. Tim Singleton will officiate with interment to follow in the Archibald Qualls Cemetery with Full Military Honors Provided by the Overton County Coalition Honor Guard. Mr. Shea was born on Wednesday, March 21, 1934, in Ramer, Tennessee, to the late George and Sadye Shelton Shea. Mr. Shea passed away on Sunday, October 6, 2024, at Overton County Nursing Home surrounded by his loving family. Mr. Shea was a retail salesman and a farmer. He was a United States Marine Corp Veteran, a 32⁰ Shriner; and a Master Mason in the Memphis Masonic Lodge. He was a member of the Monterey Church of Christ. He was a loving husband, father, stepfather, and grandfather. He is survived by his wife of 40 years, Juanella Norrod Shea; children, Dennis Shea Jr. and wife Terry of Iuka, MS, Patti Locke and husband Gray of Eads, TN, Richard Carnes and wife Sharon of Livingston, TN; and a host of grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great great grandchildren. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his daughter, Theresa Shea; and 11 siblings.
