Funeral Services for Delores Rogers, age 87, of Monterey, Tennessee, will be conducted on Saturday, November 9, 2024, at 11:00 AM from The Chapel of Goff Funeral Home. Grandson Keith Miller and Bro. Rick Lacy will officiate with interment to follow in the Sand Springs Cemetery. Mrs. Rogers was born on Friday, October 29, 1937, in Monterey, Tennessee, to the late Stant and Pearlie Roberson McCloud. Mrs. Rogers passed away on Tuesday, November 5, 2024, at NHC Healthcare of Sparta. Mrs. Rogers worked with Ely & Walker, Gould, was a school bus driver and aide, and later was owner/operator of Delores’ Beauty Shop. She was a member of Monterey First Baptist Church. She is survived by, 2 daughters and sons-in-law, Phyllis Miller (Randy) of Monterey, TN, Sandy Wyatt Rankhorn (David) of Cookeville, TN; 3 grandchildren, Keith Miller (Cristy), T.J. Miller, and Shelly Wyatt; 4 great grandchildren, Isaac, Parker, Gavin, and Emma; 1 sister, Molly Sue Bilbrey of Monterey, TN; 1 brother, Curtis McCloud of Rockwood, TN; and a host of nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Kenneth Rogers; brothers, Lonnie, Lee, Johnny, Clarence, LD, and Dewayne McCloud; sisters, Bricie Dixon and Pansy Coleman; and 4 infant sisters.
