Mr. Timothy “Bit” Shane Slaven, age 43, passed away on Sunday, January 12,2025. He was born on May 8, 1981 in Crossville, TN to Jerry and Linda Slaven. Tim was the “wild” child among the brothers and he would light up the room without having to say anything at all. He loved anything he could race, from cars at the drag strip to seeing the limits he could push with his drones! “Bit” loved music and always seemed to have a song playing in his head. Tim is preceded in death by his father: Jerry Slaven; grandparents: Bill and Della Pugh and Isaac and Mary Slaven; 6 uncles. 4 aunts, and many friends. He is survived by:

The family will receive friends at Evans Mortuary Chapel on Thursday, January 23, 2025 from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm with a service to follow with Jeremiah Beyer officiating. Cremation arrangements to take place later on. Evans Mortuary is serving the family of Mr. Timothy “Bit” Slaven.
