Mr. Coy Abston, age 81, of Harriman passed away on Monday July 21, 2025, at Fr Sanders Regional Medical Center in Knoxville. He worked at Harriman Gardens as Site Maintenance.

He was preceded in death by his wife: Billie Abston.

Three daughters: Diane Cates, Wilma Fisher, and Donna Frayley.

Parents: Elbert & Lucy Abson.

Brothers: Ed Abston and Mike Abston.

Sisters: Gloria Gardner and Violet Arwood.

He is survived by his grandsons: John & wife Melissa Gann and Caine Chancey.

Granddaughters: Joanie Bailey, Chassitty Fisher, and Ashley Collins.

Nephew: Adam Abston.

Niece: Stacy Gardner.

The family will receive friends Wednesday July 23, 2025, at Davis Funeral Home in Harriman from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at Davis Funeral Home in Harriman. Funeral services will follow at 1:00 PM with his grandson Bro. John Gann officiating. Graveside services will follow at Roane Memorial Gardens in Rockwood.
