Graveside Funeral Services for Tony D. Miller, age 76, of the Martha Washington Community, will be conducted on Saturday, August 9, 2025, at 12:00 PM at the Campground Cemetery.

Rev. Gerald Phillips and Pastor Dean Patton will officiate.

Mr. Miller was born on Thursday, July 21, 1949, in Clarkrange, Tennessee, to the late Garfield and Lorene Key Miller.

Mr. Miller passed away peacefully on Monday, August 4, 2025, at Cookeville Regional Medical Center.

Tony loved to tinker, talk, and trade. Whether at a flea market or a front porch, Tony could be found with buddies solving the worlds’s problems. Any problem he could not solve tinkering or talking, he could trade around for something that would.

Like many of his generation, Tony spent much of his youth seeking work between Clarkrange, Tennessee, and Muncie, Indiana. With so much time spent driving between the two, Tony decided he might as well get paid for it. He eventually retired as a truck and bus driver.

He is survived by,

1 daughter and son-in-law, Laura and Pastor Dean Patton

2 sons, Matt Miller
Anthony Miller

host of grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews

1 sister and brother-in-law, Loretta and Gwinn Maxwell

2 brothers and sisters-in-law, Wayne and Carolyn Miller
Donnie and Janice Miller

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, John and Hannah Miller; and maternal grandparents, Lester and May Key.

The family will receive friends at Campground Cemetery on Saturday, August 9, 2025, from 11:30 AM until time of services at 12:00 PM.

In Lieu of flowers memorials may be given to Clarkrange Baptist Church, P.O. Box 2116, Clarkrange, TN 38553.
