Judy Parsons, age 74, passed away on Friday October 3, 2025, at her home in Powell, TN. She was born to the late Robert Campbell and Billie Godfrey in Oliver Springs, TN. Judy lived in the Oliver Springs area until 1976 when she moved to Powell, TN.

Judy is proceeded in death by her parents along with brothers: Robert (Bob) Campbell, James (Jim) Campbell and Jack Campbell.

Judy is survived by her loving husband Frank Parsons, children: Avery (Regina) Morgan of Tazewell, TN, Robert (Feron) Parsons – Air Force based in South Korea, Danika Lyssand of Eureka, CA, Kelli Parsons of Oak Ridge, TN and Shane (Ally) Parsons of Florida.

Grandchildren: K-Sea Parsons, Amber (Tyler) Partin, Steven Parsons, Elijah (Megan) Morgan, Freyja Lyssand, Kamwren King, Solveig Lyssand, Dax Parsons, Davin Parsons and a host of Great Grandchildren. Judy is also survived by her last living sibling, a brother Roger Campbell of Dayton, TN.

Judy worked as an Administrative Assistant for T-DOT for 25 years, along with working with her brother in sales at Campbell Tent and Party Rentals. Judy loved spending time with her family and loved them tremendously. Judy will most definitely be missed by all that knew her.

The family will receive friends at Sharp Funeral Home in Oliver Springs, TN on Monday, October 6, 2025, from 6:00 P.M. – 8:00 P.M. A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, October 7, 2025, at 12:00 P.M. at Oak Ridge Memorial Park in Oak Ridge, TN with Rev. Audie Miracle officiating.
