Wilma Louise Andrews, age 87, of Knoxville, TN passed away on Monday, October 27, 2025, at her home surrounded by her loved ones. Wilma was born to the late Elmer & Minnie LeQuire in Graham, North Carolina. After living in Greenback, TN Wilma moved to the Solway area and lived there for 55 years until her passing. Wilma was a member of Smith Grove Baptist Church and during her younger years was a member of the Oak Ridge Bowling Club.

Along with parents, Wilma was proceeded in death by her husband Thomas C. Andrews, brothers Harlen LeQuire and Agee LeQuire a sister Lola Mae and daughter n law Lynn Millsaps. Wilma is survived by her sons Mitchell (Bud) and wife Jennifer Andrews and David Millsaps one daughter Darlene Millsaps, 10 grandchildren and several great grandchildren. Along with a sister, Wila Mae Smith.

Wilma loved being a mother and grandmother to her family. She loved to cook for everyone that came to her house – even taking several dishes to her church for church dinners. In earlier years Wilma enjoyed painting, crocheting, sewing even making a few quilts. In later years Wilma loved planting flowers and trees in her yard and loved working in her small garden even canning vegetables to be given out to family and friends. Wilma also enjoyed making jelly that everyone would get. Her love for company was a very enjoyable part of her life. Wilma will be missed by all.

The family will hold a Graveside service on Thursday, October 30, 2025, at 12:00 P.M. at Oak Ridge Memorial Park.
