Kenneth Venable Hennessee, 83
			Kenneth Venable Hennessee, a long-time resident of Crossville, Tennessee, passed away on October 30, 2025. Born in Crossville on May 6, 1942, Kenneth dedicated a significant part of his life to serving his community through his work with the Tennessee Department of Transportation (TDOT), where he was a dependable and committed office employee before his retirement. Kenneth’s commitment to his work was only surpassed by his dedication to his family, friends, and his beloved hometown. Kenneth is survived by his daughter, Sondra Hassler (Mike) and his son, Chuck Hennessee (Courtney); grandchildren, Alicia Nicole Findley (Jeremy), Timothy Ryan Hennessee (Kala), Jake Wilson Hennessee, Eli Cooper Hennessee, and Tiffany Brooke Hassler (Spencer Williams); as well as 9 great grandchildren, Natalee, Braylon, Paityn, Carter, Mason, Emilia, Jared, Aubrey, and Ella. He was preceded in death by his parents, James and Ethel (Turner) Hennessee, and his siblings: Fred, James Junior, Donald, & John Hennessee, and his sisters, Irene Campbell, Geraldine Prater, and Loraine Carson. Kenneth also mourned the loss of his son, Michael Hennessee, and his grandson, Johnathan Hennessee. A visitation for Kenneth will be held on Tuesday, November 4, 2025, at 12:00pm CST at Crossville Memorial Funeral Home & Crematory, Inc., located at 2653 North Main Street, Crossville, Tennessee, 38555. The funeral service will commence later the same day at 2:00pm CST at the same venue. Those who knew and loved Kenneth are invited to attend and pay their respects, to celebrate a life well-lived, and to share in the memories of a man who touched so many lives.
