Mrs. Becky Lynn Galloway, age 65 of Sunbright, Tn., passed away peacefully on Thursday, March 26, 2026 at her home surrounded by her family.

She is survived by:

Husband – Clifton E. Galloway

Sons – Dewayne (Lauran) Gentry and Chad Gentry

Daughter – Stacey (Jared) Sellers

Grandchildren – Keelan and Braylee Sellers

Step-father – Roger (Jane) Galloway

Brothers – Sam (Kelly) James, Fred (Teresa) James

Sister – Debbie (Steve) Davis

Stepsister – Emily (Bill) Miller, Savannah (Jacob) Reynolds

Brother-in-law – Frank (Donna) Kirby

Sisters-in-law – Trudi Galloway Harris (Mark), Julie (Chris) Harden

Special friends – Terri Lynn Purdum (cousin), Pam Young Jones and Melody Brown Hill as well as several nieces, nephews and friends.

Becky was a loving wife, mother, grandma, sister, and friend. She was a member of the Order of Eastern Star where she held many offices. She had recently retired from Daycab Company of Rockwood. She will be remembered for her beautiful crafts, loving gifts, and her bubbly personality. She was also known for being the gracious hostess of the Annual Galloway Family Reunion.

Becky wanted to express her heartfelt “Thank you” to all the friends and family that have helped her on her journey. Special thanks to SHOC (Survivors Helping Others Cope Cancer Support Group), UT Hospice nurses – Buffi and Olivia and Schubert Funeral Home.

The family will receive friends Monday, March 30, 2026 at Schubert Funeral Home from 5:00-7:00 p.m. with Eastern Star Service at 7:00pm by Eastern Star Chapter 303. Funeral will follow the Eastern Star Service, with Rev. Amy Probst and Bro. Frank Kirby officiating. Graveside services will be Tuesday at 11:00 a.m. in the Sunbright Cemetery in Sunbright.

In lieu of flowers the family is asking that contributions be made to SHOC Survivors Helping Others Cope Cancer Support Group of Morgan County c/o Anna Harlan 235 Spruce Drive, Wartburg, TN 37887.
