MOCK TRAFFIC STOP COMMUNITY EVENT

The Roane County Sheriff’s Office is proud to host a FREE community event designed to help individuals feel more confident and prepared during a traffic stop.

April 11

10:00 AM – 2:00 PM

Harriman High School Parking Lot

920 N Roane St, Harriman, TN

This event is part of the Blue Envelope Program and is specifically designed for individuals with autism or other disabilities.

What you can expect:

Simulated traffic stops in a safe, controlled environment

Learn what officers expect during a stop

Introduction to the Blue Envelope Program

Hands-on interaction with local law enforcement

A valuable training opportunity for our officers to better serve our community

We’re also excited to have the KTG Foundation on site doing what they do best and supporting this event!

Food truck & fresh coffee will be available!

This is a learning experience only — no tickets or citations will be issued.

Important:

• Participants under 18 must be accompanied by a parent/guardian

• Drivers must have a valid driver’s license
