Funeral Services for Charles Hill, age 81, of Crawford, Tennessee, will be conducted on Tuesday, April 21, 2026, at 2:00 PM from The Chapel of Goff Funeral Home. Rev. Greg Jenkins will officiate with interment to follow in George M. Phillips Cemetery. Mr. Hill was born on Tuesday, December 12, 1944, in Fentress County, in Wilder, Tennessee, to the late Payton and Pearl Ann Crownover Hill. Mr. Hill passed away on Saturday, April 18, 2026, at Cumberland Medical Center. He was a proud coal miner, worked at several sawmills, and enjoyed working at the Convenience Center in Wilder where he also enjoyed trading and serving the people of the community. He enjoyed working on lawn mowers, was a hardworking man always finding enjoyment being busy. He loved the Lord, attending church, and was a member of Welcome Missionary Baptist Church. He is survived by his wife of almost 27 years, Sue Watson Hill of Crawford, TN; children, Lisa and Greg Farley of Monterey, TN, Randy and Ingrid Hill of Crawford, TN; stepchildren, David and Leslie Hill of Crawford, TN, Anna and Larry Dishman of Crawford, TN; several grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great great grandchildren. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his daughter, Kathy Reed; grandsons, Nathan Reed and Erick Reed; brothers, Floyd Hill and Pete Hill; sisters, Mary Jo Weinstein, Anna Ruth Davis, Jeanette Robbins, and infant, Claudine Hill.
