Mrs. Sheila Banken, aged 65 of Harriman, passed away May 24, 2026, at her home. She was a member of Bethel Baptist Church, and she would always let people know “God is good all the time!” She worked at Kroger Pharmacy, and she also was a dog groomer for many years. Sheila loved her puppies, her flowers, and she loved to keep everyone around her entertained and laughing. She will be remembered as a loving and devoted mother and a servant to all.

She was preceded in death by her parents: Virgil & Bille Jo Davis.

Brother: Allen Davis.

Father-in-law: Robert Banken.

She is survived by her husband: Jimmy Banken.

Son & daughter-in-law: Jimmy Banken Jr, & Angela.

Sister & brother-in-law: Diane & Fred Hamilton.

Two grandchildren: Colton and Daniella Banken.

Nieces: Megan Hamilton and Tessa & Justin Lindsey.

Great nieces: Jocelyn and Ameila Lindsey.

Mother-in-law: Odeen Banken.

The family will receive friends Friday, May 29, 2026, at Davis Funeral Home in Harriman from 11:00 A.M to 1:00 P.M with a funeral service to follow at 1:00 PM led by Bro. Matt Cannon. Graveside services will be at Roane Memorial Gardens following the funeral.
